Despite lower sales, Yamaha has jacked up the price of YBR-125G, its selling bike, making it more difficult to buy the two-wheeler for inflation-hit people.
The Japanese auto-giant raised prices of its models for the second time in a month, earlier it announced another hike of Rs18,000.
The recent hike raised concerns among buyers about the affordability of the two-wheeler.
As masses are facing hard time due to the huge increase in bikes prices, the company increased the price of YBR 125 G series. Prices of other Yamaha models remained same.
As per the latest update, price of YBR125G (Red/Black) and YBR125G (Matt Dark Gray/Matt Orange) have been increased by Rs18,000.
