Pakistani government introduced Child Registration Certificate also known as B-Form to register individuals under age of 18 years.
The ID document is a basic right of a child that registered him in the government record, and it is a requisite for school admission and for many other purposes.
National Database and Registration Authority NADRA is responsible for facilitating the process of acquiring B-Form of all Pakistani children, as it remained essential to access basic services. In recent years, the government took several measures for the issuance of these documents for the convenience of the masses.
B-Form is being issued from a place of origin, and it can be taken by providing proof of childbirth from the union council.
As of Dec 2023, the normal fee to apply for B-Form is Rs50 while NADRA also offers executive services.

How to apply for B-Form in Pakistan
- Visit nearest NADRA office and get a token for B-Form
- You need to undergo photograph procedure
- Operator will get fingerprints and signature of the applicant
- You need to submit required data and will get printed form
- Get printed version of your application form.
- Submit form to concerned NRC and it will be done.
- B-form Delivery Time
- It will take a week time. The processing time for the B-form is quick as compared to other documents.
