LAHORE – The Punjab government has launched an online system to obtain a learner driving license across the province in order to facilitate the citizens.
The development comes after crowd was witnessed at offices issuing licenses. Punjab caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi had ordered the launch of the service after he visiting various offices in Lahore and received complaints about networking issues and slow process.
Applicants are required to visit the following official link to start the application for learner driving licnse:
Step 1: Create an account on the DLIMS licensing website (Sign Up)
Step 2: Fill out the application form
Step 3: Upload documents
Step 4: Generate PSID and pay through ATM, online banking or mobile banking channels.
